Shipping Area
We currently ship across the United States of America. If you are located outside this area and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@seasonalsips.com to see if we can accommodate your request.

Shipping Method & Time
All broths are shipped using insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure they arrive cold and safe.

• Standard shipping usually takes 3-6 business days, depending on your location.

• Shipping times may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Frozen Packaging
Our broths are shipped frozen in recyclable pouches, packed with insulated liners and ice packs. Some thawing in transit is normal. We recommend placing pouches in the freezer or refrigerator immediately upon arrival.

Delivery Responsibility
Please make sure someone is available to receive your package. We are not responsible for:

• Products left outside for extended periods

• Delays due to incorrect shipping addresses

• Spoilage caused by unattended delivery
